Welcome to my website. I am Anthony Samuels, a notary public (aka notary and public notary) based in London, UK. A notary public is a legal officer who can notarise a document for clients in non-contentious matters usually concerned with estates, deeds, powers of attorney, and foreign and international business. I am one of the UK’s 800 notaries (find out more about myself and my Terms and Conditions ) and I regularly come up against the issue of immediate availability. I am available in person 24/7 to finalise a procedure when and where my clients need me and provided the groundwork is complete, the work can be finalised quickly. I can provide notary services in French and Spanish and I’m also conversant in Italian and Portuguese.
My fees are very competitive for this important bespoke and niche service, and despite the formality and professionalism required, my clients regularly point to the friendly and personable manner in which I approach the work. This is supported by the testimonials I have received.
Prior to qualifying as a UK notary public in 2010 I worked many years in the law, starting as a sports, property and entertainment solicitor at Nabarro LLP before setting up my own practices in Cockfosters, London, and Esher, Surrey, which I sold in 2006. Latterly I have worked as a non-Executive Chairman of Clydesdale Bank plc and I am a councillor and was Chairman of Surrey County Council.
I am registered member of The Notaries Society the representative society for the Notaries Public practising in England and Wales.
